Program Description

Gulfside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers SMS text message notifications to members regarding billing and payment reminders for recurring membership invoices, including notices when a scheduled payment is upcoming or when an automatic payment attempt has failed.

Consent / Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to Gulfside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (in person, via a membership form, or through our billing system), you consent to receive automated SMS text messages related to your account and payments. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any membership or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your billing cycle and account activity. You should generally expect no more than 2–4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Gulfside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu does not charge for these messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you'd like to receive messages again, contact us directly or reply START.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
